I finally found them!
These boots are perfect! I was on this site this morning contemplating on getting the SW burgundy lowland, but I couldn't justify $800+ for them. I'm so glad I came across these! The quality is really nice and feel similar to the high end ones. They run true to size but prob couldn't do a thick sock. For reference I'm 5"6' 145lbs size 8, and shoe size 7 in flats (6 1/2 in heels).
The website doesn't give specific measurements but according to the Vince Camuto site they are: 21 1/2 shaft, and 15' wide. I have skinny lower legs and they stay up nice. They could be an inch or two higher but ladies who are shorter will benefit.

Different than what I expected
The main reason I ordered the boot was because of the strings in the back. My legs aren't thick. So I was super excited about the tie in the back to help with keeping the boot in place. The boots arrived timely. Once I tried them on, the boot didn't fit my leg as snug as I hoped. The tie on the back is actually sewn on as a bow. So it does not help at all with the fit. I can tell over time, that the boot will loose shape. I ordered the black synthetic leather boot. The boot actually closely resembled suede more so. I ended up returning the boot. :-(

just ok
I was disappointed to see that the lace-up part on the back is faux and they don't really tie so you can't adjust them. For that reason, they fell down some when I walked so I'm returning them. They're adorable though and I might have kept them had they been a little cheaper.

Great for petities/skinny legs!
I adore these boots! I'm only 5' and have very slim legs/thighs but found these to fit perfectly. They look excellent on my bare legs or over leggings/jeans. Since I'm shorter, the shorter shaft on these boots works well and hits right where my thigh starts. I did not find that they fall down while walking. As others have said, the tie in the back is purely decorative and non-functional.
The suede is super soft and the almond toe makes it so much more fashionable. I'm ecstatic to have found a flat OTK walking boot that doesn't cost a fortune.

AMAZING!
I am 4'10 with very skinny legs. These are the only boots that do not make me look like a pirate. Boots are great but do not stretch much. Not recommended if you have a wide calf.

not a narrow calf! love them
I have always really wanted to get otk boots but i struggle sometimes because my legs are not long and thin. I'm about 5'4" and I have calves that are usually too wide for most boots to wear with jeans. (In fact my go-to black boots are sam edelman wide calf) I was so pleasantly surprised that these stretch! I won't be able to wear them with jeans, but I love them. Highly recommend! I'm usually a size 7, and I purchased 7.5
