Asymmetric Side Ruched Short Sleeve Top

I was looking forward to trying this shirt, as I thought it'd layer nicely under a suit. To my surprise, the design, fit and materials do not look like the model here. The pleating at top looked much different and the material resembles something you'd buy from Strawberry, TJ Maxx or another bargain shop. Returning. Re sizing, the "runs large" is misleading, I am normally a medium and would have needed a medium. Unless you want it to be skin-tight and see through, do not size down.
