Alisah Square Toe Western Boot

The first pair I received were unacceptable, the box was in terrible condition (not from shipping) and it was empty aside from the boots, the boots had no stuffing material and were lightly stained on the zipper. These are my wedding boots! I called Nordstrom and spoke to a person who’s first language was clearly English without a long hold time. They offered to replace them, the new pair of boot came in less than 2 weeks. I absolutely love them and Nordstrom too.
