Terrible clean ability
Used this for the first time today to fry a burger and you would think I fried 50 of them without cleaning it and I have used my whole cleaning arsenal on it and it still is stained. I have used stainless steel pans my whole adult life and never have I experienced this from any of the half quality pans I’ve owned before I sure didn’t expect it from a Viking!
