The reinforced encapsulated steel frame wraps each baking sheet rim to make it easy to grip when you are moving the sheet in and out of the oven, while at the same time reducing warping during cooking and use.

Fantastic Set
I purchased these during the sale last year and they are very good quality. They are heavy and I’m very happy with them! The sizes are perfect. You won’t regret purchasing them.

Not so Great
I wish I could sat all those wonderful things about these pans but I used my Viking sheet pan only a few times when I noticed light scratches on the pan. Thought nothing of it and then the scratches got deeper over time. I use wooden utensils. It is a nice looking pan though.

Holds Up
I read the reviews and could not have been more than satisfied with this bakeware. As soon as you open the box and feel the weight of these pans you know it’s worth it.
I was concerned with rust or oven burns but this bakeware has stayed clean even after broiling.

Will last a long time

STURDY & RUST FREE!!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only ever owned cheap baking sheets. They always seemed to get rusty after no time at all. I absolutely LOVE these aluminized steel baking sheets! They are very sturdy, easy to clean and don’t seem like they will get rusty anytime soon. All of my old baking sheets went into the trash! I received three of the new ones in various sizes, which is plenty for my household. Heat is distributed evenly and I couldn’t be happier with this product!
