Cover-up? No. This is a GORGEOUS dress
This dress should be $300. It is incredibly flattering. I am normally a medium, but I ordered the XS/SM since it has a flowy skirt, and it fits perfectly. The fabric has a really nice weight and would be beautiful worn to a dinner on a beach vacation. The ruffled sleeves are a bit youthful, but not childish, and they have a no-slip grip strip to keep them in place (love!). The only thing I don’t love is the silver shimmer in the fabric.
