Via Spiga makes a very comfortable high heel.

I am so pleased with my purchase of these shoes. I was comparison shopping for red suede pumps, so I also bought pairs from Kate Spade, Michael Kors, and Calvin Klein. Although the other three brands offered beautiful styling, I returned them as they did not compare in terms of comfort or design to this Via Spiga pair. Via Spiga really gets it right when it comes to shaping steeper heel pitches that allow the wearer to walk and stand in comfort. It's as if they match their shoe forms to the actual anatomical form of the foot. Why other brands don't do the same is hard to fathom. These Via Spiga shoes also came with a beautiful suede fabric making for a really pretty and classy pair of heels. Next time I'll save the money I wasted comparison shopping, and simply check Via Spiga first. :)

Nice looking but very cheap material

I agree with other reviewers that this is a beautiful, comfortable pump. I was really happy when they arrived and wore them to work the very next day. About 2 hours into my day in the office, I notice little black flecks of something on the floor under my desk. It was then that I realized that the bottoms of these shoes were peeling off and exposing the cardboard-like underside of the shoe to the elements. After one day of wear, these bottom of these shoes looked like I had worn them for years! Scuffed up so badly that I could see that I would need to get them resoled very soon--especially the tips. Really cheap material. I wish I could post a picture of these awful shoes. I am returning them.

Stylist and comfy

This shoe is definitely a statement piece and the color is very trendy. These heels fit me almost perfectly, and as someone with a very high arch in my foot it can be difficult to find comfortable heels. These are a great fit and very comfortable. I could stand or walk in them for hours.

Back to Classic

This shoe is unbelievably comfortable and stylist. I purchased the black, nude (tan), white and silver. The white and silver run larger than the black and tan. Also the silver tends to have a little bit of a quality issue with the color rubbing off in the box during shipping. I had to return a pair and even the second pair had a tiny bit of the silver missing on the toe area. However over all this is a great classic pump. I am glad Via Spiga has returned to making true Italian quality shoes. You can't really tell from the picture but the heels are slightly square which give the shoe a very clean sleek look. I will get them in black patent as soon as they are available.

Classic pump; wish it was a little less expensive

This is a classic and beautiful pump. The heel height and angle are perfect. The toe box is a little tight on me (from the top) but my toes are a little meaty (in a good way :-). You really can't go wrong with these shoes except that I feel like they're pushing the price point too high at $295. It feels like a $245 shoe to me -- somehow if it's over $250 I need a little more for my dollar. I can't decide if I'll keep them but I'm leaning toward returning and either buying a less expensive pair that I'll be happy if they last me a year or an expensive pair that I will wear for the next decade. We'll see.

Great Italian shoe for the price!

Although the sole of the shoes is synthetic, the quality of the suede and craftsmanship are excellent. They are very elegant and they fit perfectly. Great Italian shoe for the price!

like the color but not the width

Do Via spiga offer wide option for heels? Nikole is pretty, I got the nude patent color, very classic. But it only offers medium width. I ordered next size up it is too big. I will return it for this reason. It would be perfect if via spiga offered my size with WIDE
