I love my vFit
I am so thankful for my vFit device. After having two children, my pelvic floor needed some help. My bladder leakage is gone and I no longer worry about working out, sneezing, or laughing too hard. It is easy to use and makes such a huge difference. You won't regret it!

Not sure yet.
I have only been using this device for 2 weeks now. Too early to see results. I am not sure if the red lights are actually far enough inside. I wish there was a way to tell if it is inserted correctly. Also not sure if there are enough red lights on the device to be effective. Finally I will say that the end of the device is very pointy and very uncomfortable during use. The soft tip on the end would have been appreciated.

Many women begin noticing meaningful changes around 6–8 weeks with consistent use, so we encourage you to keep going. For proper placement, insert vFit with the buttons facing upward and ensure the light window is fully inserted into the vagina. That positioning helps deliver the red light exactly where it’s intended. And great question about the number of red lights! Effectiveness isn’t determined by LED count. I love my vFit

Happy to report improvements with incontinence
I usually do not write reviews but felt compelled to share my experience after using this gadget and noticing results. I am in the thickness of perimenopause and have been frustrated with incontinence issues. As an active woman who wants to keep enjoying my fitness classes and jogging (without needing to run off to the bathroom so often), I needed more support to help me with this issue. After speaking with a close friend, she suggested this vFit device. I purchased it and followed the suggested program. It doesn't take much time out of your day and there are great articles to read in the app while you are in session. Happy to report improvements with the incontinence and I aim to keep using the device in hopes of further improving this issue. I'm feeling very confident about this.

Two words: Game Changer!
I can't say enough about how much this device has helped me! As a mid-50's mom, the changes that have occurred over the years have been somewhat of a struggle and using the vFit Gold device has helped TREMENDOUSLY. I noticed improvements sooner than expected, and I've already recommended it to many of my friends as it's a must-have for selfcare and a huge help for anyone experiencing intimacy issues during/after menopause. Grateful for this magical technology!

Amazing results for Pelvic Floor
I've had two kids and have been seeing a PT for my pelvic floor. She recommended vFit for at home therapy and the results have been incredible. I highly recommend vFit for any woman who is experiencing issues with your pelvic floor.
