awful longevity or lack thereof
This is a lovely scent. However the longevity on this is nearly nonexistent. By the time I walk out the door the scent has already gone. This didn’t one that you keep getting whiffs of, it nearly completely disappears less than an hour after application.

My 26 year old grandson loves it too!
I love the way it smells on him. He wears it straight or solo and I layer it with Chanel Gabrielle. We both enjoy it so much. It's like a great pleasure in life.

Not enough vanilla
Ordered this perfume online. I see now that the vanilla is in the bottom notes so it definitely wasn’t the scent I expected. It smells like pipe tobacco, which in itself is a nice scent but too smoky for me. I found it to be too masculine as well. On the right person it might smell amazing. Giving three stars because the golden vanilla in the name was misleading.

Liked but not loved
Definitely try this before you purchase. It sticks with you and lasts for hours and hours. I tried it late in the day and the scent was still with me hours later. Like other Jo Malone Cologne Intense fragrances, it has staying power. I was looking for something a bit different than Myrrh and Tonka Bean, and this fragrance missed the mark.
