What it is: A fading and lightening corrector with a high concentration of Retinol 8 complex for an even skin tone.
What it does: Regular use diminishes the appearance of darker patches on the skin caused by age, sun damage and past acne. It's formulated with the highest concentration of Retinol 8 of all Verso products and effectively decreases the appearance of minor, unwanted dark spots to make the skin's natural tone even and smooth. It can safely be used in the daytime. Retinol 8 is a stabilized vitamin A complex that is eight times more effective than standard retinol and half as irritative. It kicks the rejuvenation process into a higher gear by boosting the skin's natural production of collagen. The unique combination of niacinamide, turmeric and Retinol 8 effectively work to decrease the appearance of hyperpigmentation and inhibit the skin's overproduction of melanin, providing a more even skin tone. Hyaluronic acid improves skin elasticity, making skin plump and firm.
How to use: Apply a small amount on minor, unwanted dark spots and acne scars. It is not recommended for use during pregnancy.

Good product
facial skin is oily and problematic. there are age spots on the face. tried many products designed to reduce dark spots. None of them worked particularly well. However, after about two weeks of using this product, I noticed a reduction in age spots on my face. I understand that nothing will help completely get rid of blemishes on the face, but this product is the best that I have tried and I am happy with the result.

Absolutely astonished after reading these reviews and then buying, that this product had zero effect on my (moderate) age-related dark spots; it did not shrink my pores either. On the positive side, it had no negative effects (other than on my purse!) - absolutely no irritation (which I would expect from what claims to be a high dose of Retinol) or dryness. It seemed like a very expensive placebo.

This works for me!
I have tried many products designed to target the reduction of dark spots. None of them have worked particularly well. However, after about a week of using Dark Spot Fix, I have noticed that the dark spot on my face is noticeably less obvious. I don't think anything will make it go away completely but this product is the best I have tried and I am pleased with the result.

Works
I will start saying that I know this is very expensive, so please don't break the bank if you cannot afford this one. I have tested the product on both fresh acne scars as well as hyperpigmentation. I find that on the acne marks fresh and old works really well. Also works on hyperpigmentation, but it takes longer.

Actually works!
Every time I get a pimple it leaves a dark mark and after a few hormonal break out episodes this year I had more than a few spots. I won’t lie, the price was a major set back but I’m glad I took the plunge. The most recent spots have all been resolved, the ones that had been hanging around are taking a little while longer but they are fading significantly. The formulation is silky and a pump would suffice to dot on all the areas I wanted. No tingling or irritation like some other retinol serums/creams I’ve tried. Happy I invested.

Good but expensive
spent hundred (probably thousands) on age and dark spot creams and lotions. While most retinol creams and Murad age spot serum have done a decent job on the texture issues of keratosis, nothing was really working on a specific hyperpigmented spot on my cheek. I am pale and the spot was the size of a quarter and dramatically darker. I've been using the Verso Dark Spot Fix exclusively on my cheek spot for the last month. It has dramatically lightened to the point that I can effectively cover it with a normal foundation. Previously I had to use Dermablend and even then it showed through. This will not get rid of a dark spot but I am very impressed with how significantly it lightened it. This is only a half ounce container but since I am using it on one spot only it has been lasting longer than I assumed. It isn't cost effective for me to use on a larger surface area. It's the best over the counter treatment I have tried.
