Manolo fail by Nordstrom

These are super chic and the height is perfect and fit true to size; but again I tried to give Nordstrom my business after they sent me the wrong size on a pair of Manolo’s at Christmas. This pair came used, thrown in a box, and you can see they are defective ( heel tip is crooked) they had no business shipping them out and now my sz is sold out. The shoe itself is gorgeous but Nordstrom is not doing its part to uphold the brand.
