I received a USED bag
I was so excited to order this bag when I noticed it had gone on sale. Do not ever order a sale bag from Nordstrom it means it is used- they clearly just don’t tell you. This bag smells like old cologne and has chips on the gold hardware. It is also dented and has thread unraveling on the handles/seams. I did find the authentication tag under the inside pocket so at least I know it is legitimate. I am indecisive if I should keep because it is the last one and I love it or return because it has been used with all these issues. It is super cute though and I love the size and pink color. Really frustrating!!!!
