Theron Plaid Tweed Jacket

The colors were gorgeous-but a Chanel dupe this is not. Fabric was cheap and flimsy in person. Buttons plastic. Definitely not the quality associated with Veronica Beard. Hard pass.

After reading the previous review, I was surprised. I think this jacket is the perfect Chanel dupe! Yes, the buttons are not metal, and yes the fabric is beautiful. I have several VB jackets and I’m excited to add this one to my wardrobe. It’s a good value at this price point- especially since it’s $1000’s less than Chanel. It runs true to size and is slightly stretchy. The fabric is soft and will be nice for warmer months. Note that it’s not a true Dickey jacket. I’m happy with my purchase. I liked the style of this VB jacket but I ended up returning it as I thought it was very "specific" and I wouldn't get a lot of wear out of it. I usually wear a solid color jacket or something with a very subtle pattern and because this plaid and fabric style were very unique, I just didn't think I would wear it that often without feeling too repetitive given I would only wear it in the Fall and Winter. The colors are beautiful and the fabric is far softer than I thought it would be and it's well made in keeping with the Veronica Beard brand. Still very much recommend this jacket, it just wasn't for me.

This is a beautiful tweed blazer, perfect for summer, spring. The material is soft and not scratchy, itchy like some of the Alice+Olivia tweeds. The tailoring is top notch on this blazer. What I love most are the colors, will go well with white, denim, beige, camel bottoms. The buttons are good quality. I am 105 lbs and went with the size 0 and had the sleeves shortened by Nordstrom’s expert tailors, best in the country. This is a great investment piece.

This jacket is as good or better than Chanel. Its made beautifully, attention to detail, great quaity, perfect patterb color w/jeans. Purchased Size 10, 5'5", 150 lbs, 36C. LOVE IT!

For this price point I did not think it was well made. Material felt cheap, only partially lined. Disappointing from VB as I normally like her blazers.
