Bad experience
My review is not about the product, it looks god I think. I order first in black and after you sent me an email letting me know that it was shipped you canceled the order without an explanation. I had to call you and apparently it was no longer available in that color. Then I order in an other color and... guess what?? you sent me just the left boot. So disappointed with Nordstrom lately.
