Florence Flare Jeans

Wanted to love but just too long for me being only 5’6’’ I’ll keep waiting

Gorgeous jeans, just the right flare and rise, but the pockets added visual bulk to my thighs, so I returned it. They would be great for a slender-thighed person. My usual size fit perfectly.

Adorable jeans. These jeans are sexy and cute. I look thin in them and the pocket detail is amazing. They are my new favorites. They are true to size. I had to hem them but it is no big deal. I am in love with these jeans.

I was so excited for these jeans. I got a pair of Veronica Beard jeans in last year’s anniversary sale and loved them. These are SO long. I am 5’8”. I ordered my normal size for this brand (a 28) and was shocked to see that about 8” would have to be hemmed to make these wearable. By the time they were hemmed the flair bottom would have been “lost” and the jeans would not have been the same. The details were cute, and like all Veronica Beard, they were well made throughout. In the end, however, they had to go back.

Great fit! Great style! Great color!! The only thing is that they’re SUPER long. I’m 5’4”, and these jeans are long enough for someone 5’8”. I’ll have Nordström alterations take care of the length. I also sized up by one size. Good thing, too, because the larger size fits perfect. I love the high waist. Can’t wait to wear them. May be my new favorite pair of denim.

The Veronica Beard jeans are cut very slim though the thigh, almost too slim. I like the button detail of the jeans and the flare, but the flare is too severe from the knee down. They don't hang right. I have another pair of Veronica flare jeans that are cut wider with a gentle taper into the flare which are very attractive. These are unflattering so they were returned.
