Prettier in person
This is a flattering dress and looks much better on. It is navy, not black, btw. the lining is a mini length and the outer layer is sheer, with a slit up to the thigh. There are drawstrings with silver balls that dangle down from the shoulders and the front ruching that gives interesting detail to an understated dress. The light blue flowers are cute I'll make them pop with light blue/periwinkle sandals and purse.
