Choose a proper bike brand glove
I’m a product designer and this thing is awful, overpriced and just doesn’t cut it. They should stick to making hiking gloves as this is what these felt like. To anyone out there buy a pair of gloves from the top MTB and Moto brands they know what they are doing when designing a good long lasting quality bike glove. Arcteryx trying to jump on another bandwagon. I’m buying shorts and jacket next in the hope they actually designed these with MTB in mind.

Hi there, thank you for sharing your review of the Venta Glove. The Venta is designed to provide lightweight warmth and wind protection for a variety of mountain activities, rather than being built specifically for mountain biking. While features such as patterning and TPU palm reinforcement offer dexterity and durability, they may not deliver the feel or performance riders expect from gloves designed exclusively for mountain biking or moto use. That said, your feedback is invaluable, and we’ve shared it with our design team to help inform future product development. Thank you again for taking the time to leave a review.

Comfort in the wild
Great gloves. Heavier gloves create too much sweat. Venta Glove protects from the elements while keeping your hands comfortable.

Great glove for the right purpose
I'm leaving this review primarily because people purchase the gloves and don't understand the application. This is a specific type of Gore material, which is not commonly used. It's ideal for backcountry use and among the best gloves for this purpose.
I've tried many different types of gloves for backcountry skiing and none were great. Liners would get wet and soak through. Unusual animal based materials such as possum fur would wear prematurely and be too hot.
This glove is best for:
Skinning in the backcountry or transitioning? Your hands will stay dry, be protected from wind, and not get too hot.
Want to get the snow off a vehicle or do something outside staying dry with more dexterity?
These gloves are the best I've found for these purposes. Please keep making it.

Great light glove.
Great gloves that cut out the wind. I tend to get too warm; so these gloves are perfect as they have no insulation. I’m usually a medium size glove. I had previously ordered the mediums and have had them for the past year. They worked well, but were a little long in the fingers. So I bought myself size small this year. They’re a bit tougher to get into, but finger length is perfect.

Need a Venta designed for women
The gloves are well made and quite windproof. However, I ordered an XS and they are still too big. I have concluded that all apparel items marketed as unisex are actually designed for men but offered in small sizes so they can fit women. For all apparel designers out there, just fyi, men and women are not built the same. Men's hands are bigger, wider, thicker, and more muscular. Returning things is a hassle so I bought some liners to take up space. It kinda works.

Hello there, thank you for sharing your experience with the Venta Glove. We’re glad to hear the windproof performance and build quality worked well for you, but we’re sorry the fit in the XS still felt too large. Unisex sizing can definitely miss the mark for some hand shapes, and we understand how disappointing that is — especially when you’re hoping for a precise, secure fit. Your feedback about the proportions and how they compare to women’s sizing is incredibly valuable, and we’ve passed it along to our design team as they continue to evaluate patterning across our glove line. We appreciate your resourcefulness in using liners, and if you’d like help finding a model with a slimmer fit profile, our team would be happy to support you.
