How to use: Use the tapered applicator to define your lips first, then fill in and blend color with the flat edge.

Lovely, warm and vibrant colour!
This is my second purchase of the colour 'pure' since I love the neutral cross between a coral (which I never wear!) and a pink nude. It suits my olive skin and dark, curly hair and really gives me a lift when I wear it. I like the matte finish and it stays on due to the richer pigment of colour than other hybrid or cross lip gloss/lipsticks I have used before. It is drier than I would like but has a soft feel regardless and is not sticky. I usually blend it with a tiny bit of lip balm too but this is my preference..

This is a very solid lip product. It has very good staying power and is very pigmented.
I think it's my fault not Hourglass' because I prefer more easy application. I sometimes don't use a mirror to re-apply and you cannot use this like that - it is slightly more high maintenance. I guess I am more a gloss girl than a lip cream girl.
Either way, it's a good product that most people would be very happy with.

Personally, I would say it's a bit of a expensive lip product/lip colour compared to the other lip stick products of other brands. However, the colour payoff is amazing and because of its formula and the brush tip you can really go around the lip line, very precisely, you can use it as a solid colour or dab a little in the middle and blend it out for a softer look.

Kissable!!
This is a lovely product. It is as it says, it is velvet in texture, and it is beautifully creamy. The packaging is exquisite, and the applicator works really well. This lip cream glides onto your lips, give them a quick rub together, and hey presto, you have fantastically kissable lips!

Nice lip cream
I got the shade "Touch" turned out lighter than I expected, it's very similar (a bit warmer) to the Byredo lipstick in "Earth dust", Texture is thicker and moussy and last quite on the lips. It's forgiving to dry/texture lips and doesn't emphasize wrinkles. Not drying or hydrating. Full coverage with a matte finish. Not transfer proof. Nice addition to my collection.
