Bad Customer Service experience
I bought this pairs of sneakers so excited but unfortunately the size 38 isn’t a US 8. How ever I decided to go to the Upper east Store to retuned it and one employed re-ordered a new 39 size for me. After 5 days waiting, my order had be deliver to IOWA. When I called to store to explain the situation, the only answer was “We really apologize…we’ll refound the money” but ..surprise !! The sneakers ran out of stock for the size I want to. Sometime is not about the money is to listen a customer, help to solve and now I could not buy again.

so cute but runs small
I usually wear a 39 or 8.5. My toes were at the very top and it’ll prob be really uncomfortable if I wear it for a long time. Sadly, they must go back. The colors so nice.
