The most comfortable pants
The softness of this fabric is soooo good! I’ve now purchased more than 1 color because they’re that good. Varley sizing is so odd to me though. I’m 5’2, 115 lbs, 32c, typically a size 26 (2-4) in jeans. Their tops all run naturally oversized and I’m consistently an XS, always with room to spare. Their bottoms seem to run small though in my opinion. I take a Small in these pants, the XS is a tad snug in the waist. According to Varley’s size chart, a Small is a size 6, which I’m not. I would say the XS fits a size 0-2 and Small fits 2-4. The 25” length is good for me and I can even cuff them if I want the length to hit slightly above my ankle. The material washes & dries great, very good quality overall. Highly recommend!

Cheap. Shrank.
I’m 5’4” 125 ordered small. Was a nice roomy fit until I washed the 2 pairs I bought. Waste of $$$. Cheaply made, they shrank in wash on cold cycle and lowest dryer setting. Now I’m walking around with cropped sweats (like a 26” inseam… and I’m short) that don’t keep me warm and look funny. I can’t return because I clipped off tags to wash.

Great if you're short or have short legs.
I gave these 3 stars vs. 1 because the fabric is amazing! I wish they were long enough for someone 5'8 or made them in tall. They come up past my calf! Very disappointing.

Perfect Pants for Travel
Very soft, true black, has inner drawstrings to help with fit, and fits petite size well (I'm 5'2" and curvy and purchased a size M). I have been searching for soft pants that were on the thicker side, and that I could use for travel and be comfy for long plane trips and layovers. Wide leg pants that I previously used were stylish but not practical for bathrooms. These fit the criteria and moreover have pockets! I've just purchased a 2nd pair with rolled cuffs.

Love this Brand
I purchased a size small. I am a size 4-6 curvy, athletic build. These pants are so well constructed and the material is so soft. I LOVE this brand. Everything I purchase from Varley is perfection. I have never returned an item, from this brand. It is so all so well made, well sized and well priced. I highly recommend these pants and anything from this brand.

So thick and soft!
In love at first fit! Will be great for autumn with its thick, cozy fabric. I will probably pair with the Varley sweatshirt I bought, but any other top could work too. Thicker than Vuori (love that brand too, but this feels more luxe).
