Sian Spacer Half Zip Pullover

This is so soft and cozy but after washing recently (have only worn a couple of times) there are snags or pulled thread area. Will try to return. Hung to dry on original but used dryer second time. Disappointed.

I was super disappointed in this product. It started pilling after one wash. I washed as recommended, inside out and hung dry immediately when wash was done.

This was my first Varley purchase and I was so excited to try this brand. Pros: The color is absolutely beautiful and it’s very soft. Also has hidden zip pockets that are generous in size so a perfect airplane sweatshirt. Has thumb holes which I love as well. Metal hardware is high quality. Cons: it pills and snags horribly just through every day wear. I purchased this the day before a long flight. I didn’t have time to wash it but decided to wear it anyway (don’t judge). I put it on a bit after we got into the air. Midway through the flight I realized there were little snags all over the arms. I thought I rubbed against something and was so upset. I then realized it was happening everywhere along the arms and some on the back. I’ve never even washed it! Given how sensitive this fabric seems to be, I can’t imagine how bad it will look after I wash it (even if I follow wash instructions to a t). Also, the left sleeve seems to be shorter than the left as when I had my thumb in the thumb hole, it pulled uncomfortably where my thumb meets my hand. At this price point, this is inexcusable. I will hopefully be able to return it when I get back from my trip. I am so disappointed and I don’t think I’ll be purchasing anything from this brand in the future.

Guys. I don’t know what these other reviewers are talking about. I love this top. It’s soft, it’s versatile, and in black it goes with everything. I travel for work and this packs and wears exceptionally well. If you’ve never had a Varley product do you need one.

So nice and soft, loose fit, very comfortable and washes up nicely. I did decide to air dry, after machine washing.
