Vans
The original skate-shoe company, Vans brought California's vivid skateboard subculture into fashion's mainstream. Founded in Anaheim in 1966, the company's iconic sneaker was an instant favorite among riders drawn to its sticky soles, durable construction and laid-back vibe. Now offering apparel and accessories in addition to shoes, Vans is synonymous with youth culture, music and action sports.

My Favorite Tennies
I can always count on Vans. Needed a grey pair of tennis shoes for shopping, running errands, etc. And these are perfect. The foot bed has nice cushioning and decent arch support. I wear between an 8 and 8 1/2 so I ordered the 8 1/2, and these are just slightly large, but I like my tennis shoes a little loose. I wear them with no-show socks.

Don't get the "white"!
The "white" is really a gross almost yellow off-white, with a truly white rim at the bottom. The canvas does NOT look good and is porous and old looking, not in a good way. Will definitely be returning these unfortunately.

Good!
I got these in Black, and the shoes make good every-day shoes for school, and are even decent for PE! (I got my BEST mile-run time in them yay!) They're even pretty easy to clean with a few wipes of wet paper towels (only the white rubber part...I didn't need to clean the fabric because it was black already).
I deducted a star because when you bend the shoe too much, the rubber sides start to peel off a little bit. And why would you bend the shoe? You eventually have to run in those shoes, and when you run, your feet have to bend, therefore the shoes bend!
The rubber probably peeled off because I wore them to PE...But you can't help but make your ugly PE uniform better with a pair of Vans! ;) Isn't that right, girls?

Great shoe
Loved the fit and color. I normally wear a 6 but ordered the 5.5 and it fits perfectly. The color is bright; I have received many compliments wearing these comfy shoes.

Perfect
They're Vans! What could be better? I bought these for my 17-year-old daughter in Cloisonne Blue - a beautiful turquoisey blue, and the color is even prettier in reality than on the website. They fit perfectly.

Love these all white Vans
Classic white low top construction. Looks great with minimalist basics and jeans with frayed edges. I will be finitely pick up a fresh pair next spring!

Great for wider feet
Unfortunately I had to return these as my feet are on the slimmer side and felt like they were drowning in them. Overall the look of the shoe is great! I wish I could've kept them.
