No quality control
This is my first order at Nordstrom and not super impressed. These shoes came with a giant glue stain on them. No quality control at all. And now not only do I have to go out of my way to return them, I was told I would have to reorder them and can’t even get an exchange. Very frustrating. Also I own a million pairs of vans and always a size 9 women/7.5 men and these ran very big in comparison.
