Vaneyck Knee High Boot (Women)

There’s so much more to these boots than is in the description. The upper half is velvet. The toes are a reddish brown, in contrast with the embroidery and laces, which are more of a cognac brown. The tongue is leather on the inside but velvet on the outside, and the laces can open to give more room if your calves are right on that 14” width. The inside of the boots are a green paisley. As far as fit goes, I wear a 7.5 in most shoes, and the 38 fits but is a bit roomy in the heel, so I’m going to wear thick ankle socks to pad it, because going down a size is not going to be long enough. Overall they’re beautiful like artwork and I definitely want more colors.

I wear size 8 or 8.5. I ordered a 9 to be able to wear thick socks. The toes and width are way too narrow for me. They are super cute and well made. The calf was a little big for me but I’m quite slender in the calf area. I have to return these boots. Just too tight. Seems to me when you are getting into the 200 dollar range for shoes and boots you should be able to get them in wide width. Or narrow for that matter. I loved the colors and materials on the blue boots.

I love the brand L'Artiste and have several ankle boots and one pair of pumps . When I saw this pair of boots I was very excited to buy a knee boot . The color and quality and design are exceptional. The problem is that I can't zip them up ! I tried to see the measurements on the description but couldn't find any, so I ordered them . I was so disappointed and shocked to find that I could not zip them up . I am heartbroken because I have to return them . The only other thing to do is keep them and try to lose weight to fit, but that is unrealistic as I have other brands of boots that fit me. My suggestion is if you have anything other than a slim lower calf area try before buying . :(

I was excited to see this boot online. I love L'Artiste brand and have several ankle boots and a pair of pumps, which I didn't know how high the heel was for my injured knees . They were so pretty I hated to return them ! Then I saw these kneeboots and had to have the blue multi which matches several Aran sweaters i purchased as well as a hat . I was shocked to find that the foot portion fit well , but the zipper was barely able to zip up even though I don't have large calves! I tried to see someway to adjust otherwise, but couldn't find it . I was so disappointed. I have many boots with various high end brands that all fit well . I'm considering keeping them in hopes I could diet ( we all know how That works out lol ) or return them. This brand is so beautiful they live up to their name. I just wish they would make the upper portion wider. Not every woman has slim legs.
