Details & care
What it is: A multipurpose cleanser and makeup remover that breaks down makeup without stripping your skin.
What it does: Antioxidant- and vitamin-rich açai, chia and prickly pear work their protective, refreshing magic, while jojoba oils gently remove makeup without stripping skin. Açai has been used by indigenous people of Brazil's Oiapoque region for many centuries, and is loaded with antioxidants and abudant in vitamins A, B, C and E. Chia seed, grown on a desert plant from Central America, was a staple in Aztec culture. Rich in Omega-3 fatty acid ALA and Omega-6 fatty acid, it helps restore skin's moisture. Prickly pear, a species of cactus with origins in Mexico, contains compounds known to have hydrating, antibacterial and antioxidant properties.
How to use: Start with dry skin. Rub one or two pumps of the cleansing oil between your hands and massage over your face. Rinse with warm water. Use daily, morning and night. To remove eye makeup, Vamigas recommends saturating a cotton pad with cleanser.

Vamigas
Beauty entrepreneur and Forbes Next 1000 recipient Christina Kelmon teamed up with fellow angel investor Ann Dunning to create VAMIGAS, a line of skin care based on ancestral beauty and clean, organic ingredients from Latin America. Kelmon is third-generation Mexican American, and Dunning is from Viña del Mar, Chile. The two met in Silicon Valley and set out to reclaim the cultural identity of Latin American botanicals.
