What it is: A double-ended eyeliner that's a semimatte liquid eyeliner on one side and a smooth gel eyeliner on the other for your perfect desired makeup look.
What it does: Twin Liner Gel & Liquid Eyeliner delivers high-impact color and up to 16 hours of long lasting wear. Each eyeliner shade duo includes an ultrablack liquid liner paired with a color gel eyeliner.
How to use: Customize your eyeliner look with Valentino's Triple Technique. For a subtle eye makeup look, apply the liquid or gel eyeliner along the top lashline, extending slightly past the outside corner of the eyes. For a signature eye look, apply the liquid eyeliner first along the top lashline, extending straight past the outside corner of your eyes. Next, apply the gel eyeliner alongside the liquid liner to create a double twin line. For a statement look, apply both the liquid and gel liner side by side in the crease of the eye.

On the advice of @roseandBen from Instagram who said this is the Holy Grail of eyeliner I figured I had nothing to lose with free shipping free returns. This stuff is amazing! It is precise and dark and beautiful. Never dreamed I would spend $40 on eyeliner but you get what you pay for at the end of the day. Got one for my mom and mother-in-law too!

1st order LOVED all except this...
Sad...π I love love love my order except I ordered two liners one black black one black blue and quality of black/black excellent (smooth application, great color) black/blue broke at 1st use. dry texture, drags at application, broken in barrel) Would request replacement. But for now will have to use blue liner from another brand. π

Do not recommend, very dry!
Very disappointed considering the brand. Dry and the first time I used it, the tip broke off. Not creamy or "gliding" at all. The color is dull. I was very excited to receive this product but I do not recommend unfortunately.
