Received a bag with a USED TISSUE in it. Bag also smelled like perfume. Totally disgusting and when I went to return it customer service implied that I was lying and put the tissue on myself. Terrible experience from end to end.

I received my purse in almond beige, and it was missing the long leather strap and had three different stains on it. I immediately returned it and was so disappointed that Nordstrom would sell a used item, especially a designer piece.
