Rockstud Leather Tote

I needed an every day tote and after a lot of searching I found this one. I was a little unsure about the color but after it came and it was a very beautiful brown. It is a very spacious tote a little bit on the bigger side. there are three inner pockets which are very convenient! I love that it has a button closure and is not open and the suede lining gives it a very chic touch and of course the stud detail at the top brings life to the bag the shoulder straps are not too thick and not too thin and make carrying the bag very easy it is a little heavy if you add too much to the bag otherwise there is not a lot of pressure on your shoulder either my laptop fits great inside when I need it as well. You won’t regret buying this bag!

Nordstrom is selling this OLD bag that is not the same design but looks similar ( mine had clearly been used and returned ) for 1850 when the tag is 1,490! The Valentino letters are at the bottom instead of top and the measurements are larger than one pictured on website. This was supposed to have been my Xmas present. It was stained on the inside , when I tried to return it to get the one I actually ordered , I was denied ! They sent letter stating this bag does not exist in their company and sent the bag back to me. I truly feel cheated out of 2,000 dollars. So far they have been unwilling to acknowledge their wrong doing. I saw another review with same complaint about this bag , they did not deliver the same bag that was sold to the customer. I will continue to try and get this resolved with customer service.
