Shower Gel

Before investing in a new perfume, I buy the rollerball or shower gel to see if I like it. Usually I wear clean, citrus fragrances. I purchased this in the shower gel and it’s a nice change. ‘Donna’ is pretty and delicately floral. The bergamot, leather and vanilla notes keep it elegant and not too sweet. With the shower gel the scent wears off quickly, perhaps the eau de parfum would last longer.

Love this product! Valentino Donna is a warmer scent that hugs you. I feel as though this scent wraps around your body and works with your body heat to create a more deeper richer scent. It's pretty amazing and expensive, which is why I don't use it often but on those special occasions. This is more of an autumnal or winterty scent, but you can use it for spring and summer. At least for me, after I use this shower gel, I can still smell it on me during the day, and even for 2 or 3 days!

I've been searching for a new scent for a long time and thought I'd give this a try. I had very high hopes for it but it totally missed the mark. The ultimate test came when I asked my husband for his opinion. Needless to say I returned it right away. It very well may work fine for someone else, but it didn't work for me.
