Donna Born in Roma Intense Eau de Parfum

I bought an expensive bottle of fragrance from Nordstrom, in person. Turns out they sold me an empty bottle, with a "tester" sticker on the bottom. I called Nordstrom customer service and was informed I had to return in person and there was nothing they could do to help. I am not located near a Nordstrom so cannot return in person. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this. Nordstrom sold me an empty bottle of perfume and instead of apologizing and sending me a new bottle, it is now my problem. I have been a Nordstrom customer for over 30 years and never been treated so poorly, especially for an issue that is 100% their mistake. I guess they aren't what they used to be.

Lovely fragrance and pretty bottle. My daughter loves it. I highly recommend it especially for people who love Vanilla Scents. It’s last for hours.

I love Valentino scents but hate the spray bottles. They always leak and I have to put the perfume in different containers. The spray bottles are horrible. The scent is always sensual, but they need to do better bottling.
