Terrific pans
Great pans! These are truly non-stick. I'm not sure if they actually heat up faster, but the heat distribution is quite even. Easy to cook in and clean!

Horrible pans
They stain. Their nonstick properties are terrible. I received these as a gift for Xmas and will be giving them away. I had Scanpan for a decade and will be going back. Wish this had worked out.

Food sticking to pans
Really nice at the beginning. After a year of use, food starting sticking to two out of three frying pans. The two most often used, later scratches showing up when just trying to clean off food that sticks.

Saw a review on America's Test Kitchen.
Saw the review, and this was highly rated. Ordered for my partner who spends a lot of time cooking, and swearing that the pans he has. Got this set for him, and not a peep. He LOVES them. So easy to cook with, nothing sticks, clean up is a breeze. He says they are the best skillets he's ever used, and he used to be a hotel chef.

Obsessed!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my new favourite frying pan. It is genuinely non stick, and green pan have done a fantastic job with the grey colour way - I find myself reaching for this pan over all my others.
