Cosmo 2.0 Chelsea Boot

I’m a true 8.5, and always a Size 9 in boots and I got these in 9s and they fit perfectly!

For a brand that prints on the box about the lasting quality of these boots, it was quite a surprise when trying them on for the first time, the pull-on tab completely broke. I took them back and will be looking for something better quality.

wore them 3x and the pull on loop broke. looks like it was for show or the boots were defective. otherwise nice leather and comfortable.

When I saw these boots I knew I had to have it. Worth every penny! I will be purchasing another from this company love, love, love these boots.

These are going to be my go-to boots to style a million ways this winter. Here's the low down on sizing and fit. First, I am consistently a 9-9.5 M in American sizing. Generally, I wear a 40 in European sizes but the 39 fits well (if generously) with room to spare for a thick sock. The leather is nice and soft and as I wore these around the house, the boots already started to give. Now, the shaft is pretty narrow - my calves are average and there is no room to spare beyond a sock - but again, the leather is soft and the elastic is good so there is no discomfort whatsoever. This narrow shaft works to my advantage as it helps prevent my heel from slipping in the boot. However, those with larger calves might have a problem. Regarding getting on and off, I didn't have a problem at all as the elastic gives nicely. Obviously these are not as easy an on/off as a shorter (or laced/zipper) boot, but the difference is not a big deal at all IMHO.

Very nice looking boots, but too big. I was conflicted between ordering 8.5US/40EU and 9.5US/41EU because I usually wear size 9US (and another EU sizing brand has put me in a 39). I ended up ordering the 9.5US/41EU and they are much too big...equivalent to a 10.5US at least. I'll reorder the 8.5US/40EU and see what happens. The boots were easy to put on & very comfortable otherwise and seemed liked they'd be good for standing/walking. They were not supportive for high arches but the footbed is very cushioned. There was over an inch gap at the top, but I do have very thin calves/ankles.
