Poor quality
Shocked by the positive reviews. We used it once and zipper broke, interior fabric ripped. Plastic exterior also broke and we had to pay to have luggage wrapped just to make it home. We didn’t have anything heavy in the luggage, just my 5 year old daughters clothes. We returned due to poor quality.

Super pretty, but flimsy as can be!
Poor suitcase - it was so pretty and one time going somewhere and it looks like poop. It's very cheap feeling to me.
