Strings hanging out everywhere
I loved this bag in the photos but was very disappointed when it arrived with loose strings hanging from all sides. It has not been used yet so I am not sure how it will hold up. But I feel very embarrassed giving this as a gift as it seems there was no quality check done on it.

Superglued tag and loose threads
Would love to speak to whoever decided *supergluing* the tag INTO the inseam of the zipper was a good idea. Bag itself looks nice (if you’re able to carefully take an hour to get the tag off without damaging the bag.) Compartments are smartly designed. Not sure how sturdy it’ll be, as it’s arrived with loose threads all over it.

Broke in less than a year
Used maybe 5-6 times. Suitcase handle and one of the wheels broke in less than a year. The handle would constantly not engage or lock at level it was set at. The hard shell cracked around the wheel attachment, causing the wheel to pop out at strange angles when items were inside.

beautiful colors, poor quality
Super cute in appearance, however very fragile and poor quality. Wheel pushed in / broke, case easily dented / flimsy within less than a year of use. Typically Nordstrom has best items, this sadly is not.
