How to use: Lay the sauna blanket on a flat, heat-resistant surface. Wear comfortable, skin-covering clothing and socks. Preheat the sauna blanket for 10 minutes, then slip into your sauna blanket, zip yourself in and enjoy a euphoric 30-45 minute session. Rinse off in an icy shower to cleanse your body, cool your system, and keep the healing going.

Wonderful
I love it. It works as described. Watch videos to make sure it is for you. I use it with the Light Salon Boost LED face mask. I'm surprised that I love it so much, it's like a one-hour spa I can have anytime. Easy to use and it easily fits under my bed after cleaning.

Do Not Buy
This is a total waste of money. It's an overpriced electric sleeping bag. You could get the same effect with a $50 electric blanket, but this is way less versatile. If you're looking to spend $700, there are better ways to do it.

love but...
My husband brought me this because I can't make it to the gym all the time. I suffer with bad sciatica pain. This blanket is very heavy and started off I had to have him zip me in because it's very stiff still. Hopefully over time it loosens up. Once I was in it, it felt even more weighty and I didn't know how to position my feet. I'd I put them upright the blanket felt uncomfortable on my feet. So I just positioned them to the side which felt uncomfortable. Once I was in and felt like I was in a somewhat comfortable position, I fell asleep listening to music and had my husband time me. This is very convenient but I prefer a traditional sauna over this. I felt a little trapped more so because of the weight to the blanket. I will continue to use it because I felt great and better than I did with yesterday's pain.

love it, but
This thing is so cool. I feel great after using it, and it’s so easy to get it going. The one problem is it kinda burns my back. The heating element is too strong or just too close to my back. I use the HigherDose blanket insert, which is supposed to prevent this, but it’s still too thin. I have to wear clothes, which defeats the purpose of the insert. I might buy another insert and double them up, or maybe just put a beach towel in it. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get comfortable in the sauna. Other than that, I love it.

Gave this a try as a home sauna but it just did not get hot. It also had a plastic smell which was weird. Not sure of the quality of this blanket but will return
