V-Neck Cashmere Sweater

The Nordstrom cashmere is so much better this year. For awhile it was not good but this year I bought plenty and thankfully it’s part of the Anniversary Sale! Runs a bit big. Love. If there were more colors, I’d buy them in a heartbeat! Way to go Nordstrom!!!

Ordered this in the brown mole color in my usual size S. Rich color for fall. For reference, I usually wear a size S or 6 in tops & sweaters from most brands. Cashmere is soft & nice quality for price point. Fit is TTS & sized with plenty of room, but not what I would consider oversized. This is a winner!

I ordered two sizes and the shoulder seam on both were at a very odd angle, returned both.

I have purchased a few of the cashmere v necks from Nordstrom. I love the cut, I love the shape, the color…all that is good. However, last year I noticed that my shirts were getting really itchy. At first I blamed my dry cleaner, but the shirts were still itchy after changing to a different cleaner. I bought a new one this year thinking I somehow damaged my other shirts. Unfortunately, no. The brand new shirt is incredibly itchy, as itchy as my year+ old shirts. The shirt also came with a lot of fuzzy ends on the sleeves, which makes me think it’s not the best quality cashmere. Long story short, the colors are great, the shirts are warm, the sizing is good, I just can’t spend the day scratching myself. Unfortunately this is a return, and probably the last time I purchase one of these shirts from Nordstrom.

This is one of the best investment pieces! The color is rich and the fabric is absolutely soft. I wish they came in many colors.
