Use 24/7 Glide-On Eyeliner Pencil to draw precise lines or smudge them out for a more diffused, smoky effect. Use as a base color to layer with eyeshadow for more intense, dimensional color. Swipe Vice Lipstick onto your lips directly or use a lip brush for greater precision. After applying makeup, shake the All Nighter bottle well, hold 8–10" away and mist face 2–4 times, in an 'X' and 'T' formation. Keep out of eyes. Close eyes before misting.
