Lightweight seat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the seat through the Stellar product testing panel for my honest feedback. It is amazingly light, which really is amazing when you are carrying so many things for baby in and out of the car. The materials are also lightweight and pretty smooth. The light gray color is also a nice mix texturally to look at. The carry bar is also very smooth and has so many options of angles to click into which is great. I like that the tightening strap can snap the longer end into itself so you don't worry about it getting stuck when clicked into the base. The no thread harness was smooth and worked well. While it is very lightweight, it also did not feel as protective as our other one, but obviously it is probably just comparing to what we are used to. Baby looked pretty comfortable and hugged in the seat. The only issue was it seemed to sit him way more upright than the others, which I think was a little challenging with his lack of head strength previously. I imagine it works well with the matching stroller, but as we didn't have that it made him sit more upright which made him a little more likely to choke while seated— since our baby was preemie and had more reflux issues we are sensitive to that, but it probably is better paired with the same company stroller. The slip cover for warmth was really nice as well helping keep the feet warm instead of worrying about a falling blanket all the time. Overall I liked it, but really wish we'd had the matching stroller to make it comfortable transition, but the car seat and base were great.

Wish I had this sooner
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Big fan of this seat! We've been using another popular brand's seat for the last 8 months and when my husband picked up this one he said "whoa." It's so lightweight. Much easier to maneuver around with a baby in it than most other seats l've carried. I wish I had this one when my baby was a newborn and I carried her in her seat everywhere. My favorite feature is the extra long canopy - this is not something I understood the importance of until the sun is in my baby's eyes on a walk or drive and the canopy on the seat or stroller isn't long enough to shade her. That is never an issue with this extra long canopy and I'm never going back! The foot cover is awesome too - thoughtfully designed to work with the car seat and nice and warm for my baby. The handle going all the way back to be a kickstand is super helpful too. I just wish my baby would fit in this longer! She's a big baby and will probably outgrow this seat by her 9m bday, which is a little sooner than I want to upgrade to the next seat. I will definitely recommend this to friends and family - especially if they think they'll have smaller babies, as there are lots of helpful features for little babies included. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this car seat.

Wish I had this sooner

Lightweight car seats are a game changer!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have loved the Aria V2 car seat, for a lot of reasons - but especially for the fact that it is SO lightweight and easy to carry around. We have tried other car seats, and they are much heavier, bulkier and less convenient to travel around with - so this feels like a breeze compared to those. We currently have small cars, so the sleek design is perfect for saving space. Installing car seats in our cars is never super straightforward, because of the shape of our seats, but it was not too bad to install this one. Our baby seems to LOVE the comfort of this car seat. She almost always falls asleep in the car in this seat, which wasn't the case with other seats we tried. She also never puts up a fight when we put her in it - which is very helpful, and a good sign that she must be pretty comfy! The XL sun canopy has spoiled us - we have loved how much it can shade her from the sun, and put her in her own little cozy "cave" for a naps on-the-go. I think we will always prefer a bigger canopy like this now! And of course, as the weather gets cooler, it's helpful to have the foot cover as well, since you can't bundle a baby too much in a car seat. When I first saw this car seat, I thought it seemed so much smaller than others I have seen and was curious if that would be uncomfortable for the baby - but the opposite seems to be true! She loves it, and the lightweight design has been a game changer for us since we are often on-the-go. I received this car seat from the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Soft fabrics!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first impression of the Aria V2 was how attractive and soft the fabrics are! I appreciate the softness in a product for a baby, especially the harness covers that are sometimes in contact with my baby's skin. I also love how the fabrics are machine washable and contain no flame retardants. My baby is too big for the inserts, but they feel like they would be very supportive and comfortable for a smaller baby. Installation instructions were straightforward, and I like the colored indicators. It fit easily in my small car (Prius C). The load leg and anti-rebound panel are really nice safety features that I haven't seen often in infant seats. The foot cover is a sweet bonus as well. I haven't used it yet but with winter approaching I'm sure we'll use it when the seat is in the stroller. The no-rethread harness is super convenient—no detaching and reattaching! I also love the huge canopy. I don't worry about the sun bothering my baby's eyes or waking him up if he's napping in the car. It can pretty much protect him from rain too. The seat is very lightweight, but I wouldn't consider it significantly lighter than our other infant seat. Even though it's the lightest seat available, I still find it cumbersome to carry my baby in it. That's my issue with all infant seats though, not specific to this car seat. Thankfully, I was able to get adapters for our stroller so I can pop the seat in and not have to carry it. Overall, I would recommend it—no complaints! Beautiful and Secure Seat

Not only is it beautiful to look at, with luxurious materials that are super comfy for baby, it's also incredibly safe and secure, thanks to the easy to install base. I also love the XL sun shade and all-weather foot cover that came with the seat. The weather is starting to cool off, and I know these premium accessories are going to come in handy. My favorite part is how lightweight and easy to carry it is! We're in and out of the car a lot running errands, but it couldn't be easier with this seat. Overall, I'm super impressed and I'm looking forward to using this product for many months to come!
