Unlocked Soft Matte Lipstick

Firstly, lovely packaging very bougie even though it has a matter finish it’s not drying in anyway I would say it’s more of like a soft mat/satin. I’ve got the shade orchid 352 first time trying our glass lipstick and definitely would like to try out some more of the shade range. I do like a loss every now and then but I definitely prefer a lipstick as they do last a lot longer.

Like other reviews have said this is incredibly drying to the point it feels like it sucks the moisture out my lips. I know it's matte but the other mattes I have don't do that when I prep- with this it looks like my lips have never seen hydration after an hour or two of use. It's such a shame because the lipstick itself is a 5/5 if I ignore the drying issue. Colour (tulip) is beautiful, it's pigmented and creamy and it does last well if you blot and do 2 coats. Packaging is so smart too! It's a shame it just dries my lips out. For that reason I probably wouldn't buy another one, despite loving the colour and lipstick. Just not worth having to coat my lips in hydrating lip mask after wearing it.
