Underwire Smoothing T-Shirt Bra

I used to be a bra fitter at Nordstrom so I know all the bras for ladies with DD and higher. I used to wear Le Mystere (Oprah bra) but when I tried this bra, I was thrilled to see now young and perky it made me look in T-shirts and blouses. It is not pointy or overly large. It's cute. It gives great protection and coverage in the cup (no need to tape down nipples). I have lost weight and continue to buy this bra in smaller sizes in nude and black. It's great for lowcut tops and dresses as it has a low cut center. Hand wash this bra with lingerie wash, air dry and it will last a very long time. Alternate 3 bras each day for maximum wear.

I have 6 of these bras and I continue to try others that are just as expensive but always go back to this one. I am a 36F with not a lot of weight in the top area of the breast. I love a more demi - Lift style bra, otherwise the top just wrinkles. Hard to imagine with an F size but true. This bra is comfortable to wear all day and does not ride up but still provides lift and shape. I had two kids after 40 and did not lose much in the bust after nursing so had to figure out what would work with my new cup size. This bra is the one. It is smooth under t-shirts and silky dresses. I keep the old ones to wear gardening. I love it and will continue to buy it. Nordstrom's is great for shipping and returning if I try something that doesn't work. I'd love to have this bra with a slightly more straight across cut cup to wear with wide square neck shirts. Hint to Fantasie!

I like the seamless effect of this bra for sheer shirts and the lower profile for button up tops. This bra doesn't give a busty look but slightly wider/ spread look from the front. I'm about 5'8" / 180# / full&soft tissue without much shape on its own- and usually wear a 34GG in this brand and in some Freya styles, and in Panache sheer/ stretchy lace balconette kind of styles. In this bra a 34GG was okay in the band but a little small in the cup, the 34H was same in the band but the cup was a little too big, it was getting indented slightly at the pointed part of the bra. So, I tried a smaller band size in the same cup sizes-- the result, 32GG the cup was a little too small- spilling at the top a little. The 32 H seems perfect but unfortunetly I didn't snag this in both colors because I wasn't feeling optimistic, so I missed the skin tone color... If it doesn't hurt my back after wearing it around the house, I will order skin tone elsewhere. If I have a bigger bust day I will try with an extender. Nordstrom, Please carry more of these size ranges in-store. P.S. I've tried probably 40+ styles in my size range and the most comfortable and versatile so far is Panache underwire sports bras, I can wear them with almost anything. 36G for bigger bust days, more comfort, more natural look and regular or cross back option. 34H for more sport support, smaller bust days and regular non-cross back. I have yet to find bras that fit me better than those mentioned in my review due to my tissue type and size I find that I fall in-between cup sizes.:(

If you would like what I call the "grandma look" then buy this. It's one of those bras that looks just well...hilarious. I'm surprised at the high rating. I tried it on and laughed so hard. The bra is good quality but very stiff!! Cone shaped, nothing natural about it. Nothing like the photo. Try this on in the store. If I wasn't so far away I would have done the same but I went by the ratings, mistake!

I'm not sure what to think about this bra. I ordered it in nude and black because the reviews all claimed it was supportive and comfortable--which is pretty much true. My issue is that the pictures of the model show a bra that looks almost like a demi cup or balconet--a very round cup with just a little sexy peeking out at the top, which I've been longing to find since with a 34J cup mostly every bra I own looks matronly. Sadly, when the bras arrived they were not cut the same way as the picture would have you think. My entire chest is completely obscured in a foamy cup that gives each breast a cone-like shape. It could be that the manufacture changed the cup shape for the larger cup sizes--I see this happen a lot and am often disappointed. These will be going back.

This is the best bra I have bought in a long time. Yes, it seems stiff at first, but in my opinion, it needs to be. My guess is that if you are buying this bra you have a large bust, and the stiffness of this bra actually holds your breasts up while making them look perky in clothes. I’ve been searching for a bra that didn’t make me feel saggy. This one fits the bill. I have a small band size with fuller bust that never looks good and/or is supported by a super soft “comfortable” bra. I’d rather look good!
