How to use: Apply a thin layer of base coast over clean nails before putting on color. Apply two thin coats of nail color, waiting two minutes for each coat two dry. Finish with a thin layer of top coat. Swipe onto bare lips, or pair over your favorite lip color. The more you apply, the higher the coverage.
