What it is: A daily cleanser that's gentle enough for sensitive and blemish-prone skin. It helps effectively remove makeup, dirt and SPF, leaving skin soft and supple.
What it does: The cleanser is nonstripping and pH-balanced to effectively cleanse the face and maintain the skin's natural acidity to keep sensitive skin happy. Its creamy lather leaves skin feeling soft and supple, not dry or tight.
How to use: Dampen the face and dispense a small portion of the cleanser onto fingertips. Delicately massage the cleanser into all zones of the face. Remove with a soft washcloth or a splash of water.

Go back to the original formula!!
This is my favorite skincare brand and I’ve used it for almost ten years. Why would you change the formula of a cult classic? Please bring back the original formula. I hope someone from your team is reading these reviews and will address this issue. Sadly, I’ll be making a switch to a different brand.

Bring back Pure skin face cleanser
If they don’t bring back the original pure skin face cleanser I might cry. This is horrible. I am all for making new products but to get rid of a staple? I can see a lot of people changing companies. I know I’ll have to because the new ultra repair cream to foam cleanser destroys my skin barrier. I just am praying they didn’t change the original oat toner or face and body cream. Not the same as the original
PLEASE bring back the original Pure Face Cleanser! I have used it for years! This no formula makes my skin break out and feels so dry. The original product was literally the only face cleanse my skin could handle.

Cheap pump
I bought 2 bottles and the pump didn't work on either one of the bottles. Ended up wasting half of it because I had to dump it into my hand and always dumped way too much.

Will no longer purchase
Why would you change the formula for a product that already worked so well? I have been using this cleanser for over 6 years, and will no longer buy it due to the new formula making my skin dry and irritated. Please bring back the old formula.
