What it does: It helps reduce excess oil while removing dirt and oil, and soothes and tones skin, too. The pH-balanced toner is formulated with glacial glycoprotein and desert plant extract.
How to use: After cleansing, moisten a cotton pad with toner and apply to your face. Avoid the immediate eye area. It can be used both morning and night.

Great toner
This toner is great at what it is supposed to do - reduce facial oil and leave it fresh and healthy. I love using this in the morning and have noticed the difference in my skin after using this compared to other toners. I definitely will be getting this again.

Poor substitute for the blue herbal astringent
Awful substitute for the blue astringent lotion. As others have mentioned it is sticky and leaves an oily residue after use. Not refreshing at all and haven’t seen any improvement on my skin since using it.

Great Oil-Free Toner
The Kiehl's Oil-Free Toner feels moisturizing and I decided on this toner over the 1851 Blue Astringent Herbal Lotion because it doesn't dry out my skin. I do miss the squeaky clean feeling that 1851 Blue Astringent Herbal Lotion provides but Ultra Facial Oil-Free Toner does the job.

Nothing special
You have to use sooo much product, it literally absorbs into the cotton ball the second it hits it so I'm constantly adding more and I feel that there may be a reason why it comes in such a large bottle...it feels ok on my skin and does clean off the excess dirt that my wash doesn't get, but all in all, I wouldn't recommend it. It's just ok.

Toner
I use this product daily. Removes dirt and leaves skin feeling smooth and conditioned without feeling stripped or overly dry. Nice in winter months when skin is drier.
