great around the house

the size instructions are wrong. go down a 1/2 size if you are between sizes. I normally wear a 9 1/2 and the 10 was too big, so I got a 9 and its perfect. its comfortable, warm, and convenient. wear it around the house or even to go get the mail. great buy

stains your carpet

This boggles my mind, normally these HOUSE shoes have rubber soles. These HOUSE shoes made for your HOUSE and CARPET have blue soft material soles that if wet will STAIN your carpet. Why in the world would you make HOUSE shoes with blue soles that stain carpet. Whoever designed these need to get fired.

Sizing

I have read a review where the person said they run big so order one size smaller...if I would have listened to him I would have had to do an exchange. I think exactly the opposite. you have to order one size up (at least when you are dealing with half sizes)...with a 5 you have learned from childhood to round up...so I ask you why would you stop now? However, this is just my opinion...take it for what its worth. Good Luck with that all said....I think these are the greatest house shoes i have ever owned (and I have owned a few in this life)

The worse item I've ever purchased

This is my first review and probably my last but I felt that people had to know about this product. I had purchased this item an within a month the support from the slippers gone due to shedding all over my house was unreal. Over the last few months I would have no support in the slippers. Since then I've discovered a major pain in both of my feet. Please see from the pictures above from what I'm describing. My family and i always respected the UGGS as a renowned brand so you could imagine our disappointment for me. I believe that Nordstrom should stop carrying this product as it could lead to a major issue. I am also reaching out to Uggs directly as well about this product.

Great slippers

I bought these for my husband as part of his birthday gift and he absolutely loves them. Ugg never disappoints and either does Nordstrom with there amazing service and fast delivery
