Style and cushion
These have great style and cushion. Definitely for casual wear, not for fast walks because your foot slips a bit if you tie them the way they are shown, which is super cute!

ordered twice received wrong item twice
I ordered these shoes twice online, each time Nordstrom told me I had to return the wrong item that they sent, wait for a refund and place a new order online and wait for it to be shipped, the first time it happened they sent me Levi jeans instead of the shoes. The second time I placed the order for the same shoes, they sent me some free people boots instead. Nordstrom does not offer to just send the correct item they make you wait for a refund and then tell you have to place a new order. What a stupid system and a waste of time.

not very Ugg-y
Neither soft nor particularly warm. No fur inside. The tongue is sewn so that it won’t move and it’s kind of lumpy near the big toe. They look cute but not comfortable enough for the price or the cold.
