I made an adjustment
the strap on the bag wasn't long enough on my body due to height and bust area so a cross body was out of the window but since I bought it online I didn't want to return it luckily the straps are long enough where I simply unlock it and wrap it around my waist as a fanny pack and it works well for me when running those quick errands and I need to be hands free I know that's not the intention of the bag but u would never really know that because it fits so well as such

Nah- material feels and seem cheap
I want to love this. I have no problem paying IF I’m paying for the quality - and not just the name. It can hold more stuff than their more expensive model ($125) - BUT TOO MUCH FOR A NYLON…. I’m returning. Oh and by the way they shipped these babies- very trashy. Why can’t Nordstrom afford a quality packaging company??? I remember buying a Canada Goose and it arrived with a hanger still sticking out the box that’s falling apart. I’m so disappointed
