So nice- like new again
My uggs were in good shape on the outside even after a year of daily use but the inside was worn down. These inserts have made my uggs like new. Wonderful And toasty warm again- a pleasure to wear.

Extremely disappointed!
I’ve had these for less than 2 mos and they have deteriorated faster than the cheapo off-brand. Don’t waste your money. The UGG brand has really gone downhill.

These came in an official UGGS package, but we’re completely unlike all previous inserts. They feel like cheap, slick, garbage material; no way it’s sheepskin. Very disappointing.

Not the same
I buy a new pair of inserts every year for my old super comfy Uggs. This years inserts do not have the plush depth and thickness that the old ones did. The shearling - or whatever it is - is thin and not as thick. I am doing two stars, because it is possible to change the insert, which I love, it would be just one star if it was sole-y (hahaha) for quality. Meh.

Ughhhh I wanted the reviews to be wrong and for the first two weeks these inserts were great. Now they lump up and in weird places. Wish I hadn't thrown out my original insert
