I love these boots, the sand color is the same as my skin.
Don't understand why you make videos and don't show the shoe as it looks being worn. Who finds it helpful to watch a person talk about a shoe? I want to see what it will look like on my feet and legs from different angles. Multiple shoe models and camera angles would be useful.

Not the same boot
I am very disappointed in Uggs and Nordstrom. I bought a pair of classic mini and when they arrived the inside was different from all my other Ugg's. They are now changing their warm and natural shearling on the inside to a "plush" inside that isn't as warm, or natural, and probably not as durable. Their price continues to go up, but I must ask why, when they are using an inferior product. I have bought Ugg's since the 90's, and I won't be buying them again until they go back to a reliable, natural product.

I love my new Uggs! This is my 4th Uggs but my first mini size. So cute as well. I will be wearing this on my upcoming Spain trip.

Bring back the old materials
I am disappointed in my new uggs. I have many pairs, some from over ten years ago that have lasted. However, my new uggs seem cheaply made. From the inside lining, to the UGG brand patch, the footbed and the suede. The foot bed feels hard and uncomfortable. If I didn't need them for travel this weekend, I would return them. Ugg lost a loyal customer until they bring back their older more reliable, comfortable and well made products.
