Nordstrom, fix your sizing info. Size DOWN.
These are the BEST! I love them. But, this is the second time Nordstrom has had to be reprimanded for sizing info. These run LARGE, so half sizes, size DOWN. C’mon. Do better.

Cheap quality
The quality of UGG boots has declined since they stopped being made in Australia. The originals were known for durable, high-quality sheepskin and craftsmanship, while newer versions often feel less sturdy and don’t last as long.

before you buy
Just know that it runs big. I am normally a size 8 and I did size down to a 7 and they fit. The other thing I’d like to point out is the word UGG is not on the side of shoe as shown. It is plain and only has brand on the heel.

slips off heel
I sized down after some research and they fit perfectly size wise but the heel just constantly slipped either barefoot or with socks. Sad as they are super cute but had to return,

If you can't pick it up, do not buy
The boots are fine but the carrier for delivery is horrible! Had trouble with them delivering to my house, so I tried my 7 day a week business. That was worse! Chatted with Nordstrom and they told me to Contact On Trac. I tried, but all you get is a bot and you have to "open a case." Then I got emails blaming me for the problems. We
Literally just got a Rack here. From now on, if I can't pick it up there, I don't need it. I ended up buying them when I was unexpectedly at the mall and will be returning these to our Rack tomorrow. Really disappointed in one of my favorite stores! Please change delivery companies!

I read the other reviews and I made the decision to purchase a size 9 as they do run larger. I did go in store just so that I wouldn’t have to deal with exchanging in case I ordered the wrong size. I am normally at size 9.5 and the 10 was too big. I love this style so much! It’s like if the Tasman and the mini had a baby! I haven’t had any issues with them slipping off or anything like that. I got the dusted cocoa color and they are perfect! These will be my go to shoes for fall and winter.
