Classic II Genuine Shearling Lined Boot (Women)

Disappointed. Ordered these for my mom for Christmas. The seams are off , stitching is poor and already bubbled on one of the boots. Sending these back and hoping the replacement is better quality as my mom has been wanting Ugg’s for years and wanted this to be her first pair for Christmas.

So I’ve always been brand loyal... but... UGG changed their “Classic” more than they say in the description of the “Classic II”... it’s like when Coke tried to change their formula - don’t mess with a classic - the original UGG had a perfect fit and feel. They also seem to skip the QC screen. I will need to trim the inside of my own boots because they didn’t cut the shearling evenly - I’ve got all these 4” strands sticking out here and there. I’ve been wearing UGGs for 20 years and wish they would bring back the original classic. I’m looking for a better alternative.

I ordered these to replace my old ones and they are NOT the same. Definitely not worth $200 anymore. The lining used to be softer and felt like you were walking on a cloud and the sizing is different so the size I ordered is slightly too small. I don’t splurge on shoes a lot, but I loved my old UGGs that lasted me 5-6 years, so decided to replace them and am super disappointed. I noticed that they don’t say “UGG Australia” anymore and the box says they are made in Vietnam. A quick google search showed that they do not make them in Australia anymore. I feel like if they were going to change their label and quality, they should have changed the price to match it.

My feet used to stay freezing cold in the winter until I bought my first pair of Ugg boots. I loved my last pair, they were so cozy and kept my feet nice and warm. I was very disappointed when I tried on these, the quality is definitely not the same. My feet are not freezing cold, just slightly cold and not warm like they were with my last pair. Also, they don't feel as soft inside. I compared the description between the two and the difference is the old boots were lined with wool and shearling, whereas these are only lined with shearling. So, I'm not sure if that's the reason for the lack of softness and warmness inside the boots. I really wish they didn't change them, so now I'm returning them and will not be buying anymore Uggs.
